Hiring an Experienced Fleet Manager – Elk Grove Village, IL

We are looking for an experienced Fleet Manager to oversee fleet operations, coordinate maintenance, and support our drivers and owner-operators.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fleet operations, maintenance, and repairs.
• Assist owner-operators with dry van trailer-related needs.
• Manage company-owned trucks and track maintenance schedules and warranty requirements.
• Coordinate with drivers and internal departments to resolve operational issues.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in fleet management or a similar role.
• Valid CDL required.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

About the Fleet

• 80% owner-operators with their own trucks; support focuses on dry van trailers.
• 20% company-owned trucks, model year 2024 or newer, with a 600,000-mile warranty.

Schedule and Locations

• Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM.
• Office: Elk Grove Village, IL.
• Yard: East Dundee, IL.
• In-person position.
• A dedicated after-hours department provides coverage outside regular business hours.
