SAFETY & LOGBOOKS SPECIALIST - DOT/FMCSA safety compliance - Monitor and review ELD/logbooks - Identify and correct log violations - Maintain driver qualification and safety files - Handle safety-related paperwork and compliance - Work directly with drivers regarding safety and HOS requirements - Previous trucking safety/ELD experience required 2. DRIVER RECRUITER - Actively search for qualified CDL drivers - Create and post driver recruitment ads - Manage ads on recruiting platforms and social media - Respond to driver inquiries and applications - Screen and interview potential drivers - Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process - Coordinate driver onboarding - Maintain a pipeline of potential drivers - Previous CDL driver recruiting experience preferred 3. BILLING SPECIALIST - Prepare and submit invoices to customers and brokers - Review rate confirmations, BOLs and PODs - Make sure all required paperwork is received before billing - Track submitted invoices and payments - Follow up on missing paperwork and unpaid invoices - Maintain accurate billing records - Previous trucking billing experience preferred Full-time positions.
