All positions are based in our office located in Burr Ridge, IL Open Positions: - OTR Maintenance Manager (Office Position) – Coordinate truck and trailer repairs, roadside breakdowns, preventive maintenance, and keep our fleet operating efficiently. Knowledge of truck parts, vendors, and parts pricing is required. - Recruiter – Responsible for recruiting qualified drivers, managing the hiring process, conducting interviews, onboarding new hires, and supporting driver retention programs to help maintain a strong and reliable driving team. - Operations Manager – Oversee all company operations, including dispatch, maintenance, safety, recruiting, and administrative departments. Lead daily operations, improve efficiency, implement processes, and ensure all departments work together to achieve company goals. Strong leadership and trucking industry experience required. - Dispatcher (Dry Van) – Dispatch OTR and regional drivers, negotiate high-paying loads, communicate with brokers and drivers, and manage daily operations. 2+ years of Dry Van dispatch experience required. - Fleet Manager – Oversee fleet performance, equipment utilization, maintenance schedules, DOT compliance, and equipment management. - Safety Manager – Ensure DOT/FMCSA compliance, manage safety programs, driver qualification files, and overall safety performance. - Accounting Manager – Manage payroll, accounts payable/receivable, financial reporting, and company finances.
