Safety Officer Responsibilities: - Monitor driver logs, safety performance, and ELD compliance - Manage DOT files, accident reports, and safety training records - Conduct driver orientation sessions and onboarding procedures - Communicate with drivers to ensure safety protocols are being followed - Collaborate with dispatch and HR to maintain company compliance Requirements: - Prior experience in safety or compliance (trucking/logistics industry preferred) - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Familiarity with FMCSA and DOT regulations - English proficiency required; Spanish/Serbian is a plus Fleet Manager Responsibilities: - Oversee the condition and performance of our truck & trailer fleet -Schedule preventive maintenance and urgent repairs - Communicate with shops, mechanics, and leasing companies - Track fleet availability and downtime Requirements: - Proven experience managing commercial vehicles - Strong decision-making and coordination skills - Ability to manage multiple assets and prioritize urgent tasks - Basic technical knowledge of trucks/trailers Recovery Driver Responsibilities: - Travel to recover broken-down trucks/trailers - Assist drivers in emergency situations (swaps, repairs, tows) - Occasionally drive units between terminals or shops - Maintain logs of all recoveries and time spent Requirements: - Valid CDL (Class A preferred but not required in all cases) - Clean driving record - Ability to work flexible hours and respond quickly - Mechanical experience is a plus How to Apply: Send your Resume or short introduction to: [email protected] Or call Nico at +1 224 413 4367
