The CFO will oversee accounting functions, monitor cash flow, analyze financial performance, and develop both short-term and long-term financial strategies to support company growth. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee all financial operations and accounting activities - Supervise accounting staff and ensure accurate financial reporting - Monitor and manage company cash flow - Analyze financial data to identify strengths, weaknesses, and growth opportunities - Develop and implement short-term and long-term financial plans - Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards Qualifications: - Strong accounting experience required - Proficiency in QuickBooks - Experience with trucking/accounting software (ProTransport preferred) - Strong analytical and leadership skills - Experience in the trucking or transportation industry is a plus Schedule Full-time position Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
