Key Responsibilities - Source, screen, and recruit qualified CDL Class A drivers. - Conduct phone interviews and guide candidates through the hiring process. - Coordinate with the safety and onboarding teams to ensure smooth hiring and orientation. - Build and maintain a pipeline of driver candidates through job boards, referrals, and social media. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system. Requirements - Proven experience in truck driver recruiting is a must. - Strong understanding of DOT regulations and driver qualification standards. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets. - Familiarity with recruiting tools and platforms (e.g., Tenstreet, Indeed, etc). - Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
