KCC Consulting Inc is seeking a motivated and experienced Safety Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will bring strong knowledge of FMCSA regulations and hands-on experience managing safety operations for large trucking fleets (one company). Key Responsibilities:- Oversee and manage all FMCSA compliance and safety programs. - Monitor driver qualification files, logs, inspections, and incident reports. - Develop and implement internal safety procedures and driver training programs. - Conduct safety audits and ensure timely corrective actions. - Work closely with dispatch, HR, and operations to maintain a culture of safety and accountability. Qualifications:-  Minimum 3 years of experience as a Safety Manager. - Proven experience managing safety operations for 100+ trucks. - Strong knowledge of FMCSA, DOT, and OSHA regulations. - Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills. - Proficiency in safety management systems and compliance software.
