We are looking for a driven, organized professional to lead driver hiring and onboarding. This is a key role bridging Recruiting and Safety — focused on bringing in and activating quality drivers.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage full onboarding process (hire → active driver)
- Work closely with recruiting and help convert qualified leads
- Run or support marketing efforts (Facebook ads, lead generation)
- Ensure compliance with Safety (DOT, MVR, Clearinghouse)
- Follow up with new drivers to ensure a successful start
What We’re Looking For:
- Sales or recruiting experience – required
- Marketing / Facebook ads experience – strong plus
- Strong organization and attention to detail – required
- Excellent communication skills – required
- Ability to manage multiple drivers and tasks – required
- Trucking experience or DOT knowledge – a plus
