Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone and email.
- Billing, and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate trailer leases
- Support general office and administrative functions.
Qualifications:
- Strong accounting, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Quickbook.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
- Comfortable with both office and field responsibilities.
- Experience in transportation, logistics, equipment leasing, or a related industry preferred.
