Wind gusts reached speeds of 113 kilometers per hour along the southern coast of New England.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Due to strong wind and heavy rain, driving conditions are very difficult and dangerous.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">More than 4,900 flights are delayed, and about 500 have been canceled.
