This is a full-time, remote position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to identify and engage top CDL talent.<\/p>\n
\nKnow a great recruiter? Refer them and earn a $1,000 referral bonus if they\u2019re hired!<\/p>\n
\n– Source, screen, and recruit qualified CDL Class A drivers.
\n– Conduct phone interviews and guide candidates through the hiring process.
\n– Coordinate with the safety and onboarding teams to ensure smooth hiring and orientation.
\n– Build and maintain a pipeline of driver candidates through job boards, referrals, and social media.
\n– Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system.<\/p>\n
\n– Proven experience in truck driver recruiting is a must.
\n– Strong understanding of DOT regulations and driver qualification standards.
\n– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
\n– Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets.
\n– Familiarity with recruiting tools and platforms (e.g., Tenstreet, Indeed, etc).
\n– Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
\nJob Type: Full-time, Remote
\nSchedule: Monday to Friday, weekends as needed<\/p>\n
